Everything in the universe is imbued with its own spark of Light, its own soul. The only difference between people is the intensity of their desire to receive Light.

The more Light a person desires, receives and shares, the greater his intelligence and self-awareness.

As you go through today, honor the fact that EVERYTHING you encounter is another part of the original vessel, and therefore also contains Light.

Ever feel like a hamster on a wheel in the vicious circle of life? The more you run, the more it spins. The more it spins, the more you run. And around you go.

Today: Pause. Pause. And when you find yourself running, pause again.

Like a puppy in training.

Practicing what we preach is a hard thing indeed. But when we manage to match our words with our thoughts with our actions, we feel fulfilled indeed.

Today, live your beliefs as best you can. Walk your talk. This means making sure what you think, say and do are all talking to one another.

Life is about exciting others and making them feel special. When we do that, we multiply the blessings that can flow into our life.

Today, make others around you feel better, like they can do anything.

Happiness is a scent you cannot spray on others without getting some on yourself.

What can you do to bring delight to another person today?

We like to compare our lives to those we think have it better than us. Yet, we forget there are plenty of people who look at us with envy.

Today, count your blessings so you can appreciate the things you have.

When life is difficult we feel as if things will never change. This makes it harder to change.

Today, when you hit a rough spot, remind yourself it's not forever and you will come through it.

We can't control many of the things that happen to us, but we can control how we react to them.

Today, when things don't go your way, tell yourself you have what it takes to improve your mood ­ and your life.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by addictions, don't freak out. The greater the intensity of your addictions, the greater the potential for your passion for Light and ultimate truth.

The more challenges you face in life, the more spiritually evolved you will become when you overcome them.

It's about effort, not achievement. There is no light as brilliant as that light which emerges from out of darkness.
